About Janice
Janice graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors in Psychology and Economics. She fell in love with the area and has lived in Cochise County for over 35 years. Twenty-six of those years were on 10 acres in the northeast area of District 10.
She worked on Fort Huachuca in various positions. Starting off at Raymond W. Bliss Army Community Hospital guiding Civilian Personnel through a variety of personnel issues. Her civil service career moved her into the Resource Management field where she held a myriad of jobs; Cost Accounting, Manpower, Budget, and the Health Clinic's Data Quality Manager. After 16 years at the post hospital/health clinic, Janice moved to Greely Hall to provide budget support to the Army's systems engineering commands. After retiring from civil service with 32+ years, Janice and her husband, Joe, spent time traveling the world until his death in 2023.
